Conflict Management

This is a self-learning online lesson for students. The video presentation was pre-recorded and uploaded to google classroom. The students can do self-study and practice through an activity that also has the video instruction provided. The lesson was 50 minutes long. The activities are designed into 2 phases:

The students had to complete an assignment in a group to allow some discussions. This would enable students to reflect on their ideas from information exchanged with others.
