I am both a teacher and a learner. Learning is an easy approach for me to improve my teaching. Observing my professional colleagues, as well as learning from students, has helped me achieve success. I am an expert in my field, yet I only teach the fundamentals to the kids. I prefer to be their mentor by guiding them while allowing them to experiment and create their learning strategies. Thus, students' interests and passions heavily influence the topics. They are equally knowledgable about their subjects as I am about mine. I gained from their researched material while listening to their ideas, so I can advise them on how to learn the lessons from it. Exchanging knowledge is the most effective approach to stay up to date! As a result, I never tire of teaching because I'm always consuming and exchanging new information with the students and colleagues.
