I see myself as both a teacher and a lifelong learner. Continuous learning has always been one of the most effective ways for me to grow professionally and enhance my teaching practice. By observing experienced colleagues and learning alongside my students, I have developed a collaborative and student-centered approach to education.
Although I specialize in my field, I believe that teaching should go beyond delivering content knowledge. I aim to serve as a mentor who guides students in exploring ideas, developing their own learning strategies, and building confidence through experimentation and creativity. Students’ interests and passions often shape the direction of learning, creating a dynamic classroom environment where knowledge is shared mutually.
I value the exchange of ideas with both students and colleagues, as it allows me to stay current, reflective, and continuously inspired. Engaging with students’ research, perspectives, and creativity not only enriches their learning experience but also broadens my own understanding. This ongoing exchange of knowledge is what makes teaching both meaningful and rewarding for me.
